    Plaquenil and elevated liver enzymes? Aug 22, 2011 I've just gone to and quite far down the page there is a bit about Plaquenil and the liver. It can affect the liver and is also more likely to when taken in conjunction with certain other medications. As with everything - it is not an inevitability - but it does have an effect on some people.
