    Cellcept and plaquenil

It's used to treat and prevent malaria infection, and to reduce symptoms and progression of autoimmune diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and others. Malaria is spread by mosquitoes, which transmit the parasites that cause the infection, usually in tropical and subtropical parts of the world.

Hello everyone, I am new to the board and would like to say hi to everyone! I have a question about Cellcept. I take 4,000 mg 8 a day along with Plaquenil and about 10 other medications for Lupus, Scleroderma and Raynaud's. I have noticed on my medication bottle it does say take the Cellcept on an empty stomach. Plaquenil is the brand name for the prescription drug hydroxychloroquine. It's used to treat and prevent malaria infection, and to reduce symptoms and progression of autoimmune diseases such as.

For example, it may be combined with an antibiotic to treat chronic Q-fever, which humans usually catch from farm animals or raw milk. Plaquenil is used to treat other types of infections too.

Cellcept takes up to three months to reach the proper doseage in the blood and for me that was certainly the case.increase was done with time in between to allow my body to adjust. I take 1500mgs a day which has allowed me over the last 18mths to reduce pred to 6mgs a day, and more importantly no major flares this year. Mycophenolate Mofetil CellCept and Mycophenolate Sodium Myfortic are immunosuppressant drugs a class of drugs that reduce the strength of the body’s immune system used in the treatment of several autoimmune diseases. Mycophenolate was used originally in the management of patients with organ I was on Plaquenil and Azathioprine and my doctor switched me to CellCept. I have a lot of reservations regarding this medication and therefore have not started it yet. Can anyone who has been on this before please offer me some words of advice regarding this med?
